Completely inept. Incapable of performing the most basic aspects of their job. God knows how good their broadband actually is, they can't seem to ever remember to send someone to activate it.

DO NOT USE FOR BROADBAND. Cut me off one month early. Took no real responsibility. Left it for me to sort out their mess. Only response was a patronising and unhelpful email.

Horrible experience so far - we’ve had Now for 2 3 months and they’ve had two outages of several days due to an external fault.

took my money, cancelled within 14 days but still no refund. I think I will need to contact my bank to reverse the charge. DO NOT USE ANY OF THERE SERVICES. I'm sure if I owed them money they would continually chase me.

Terrible Speed. Terrible customer service. I was given instructions to try and test several channels on my router which would take over 3 hours to complete. Can't do this though because the site won't recognise my login details. Awful company . AVOID!

Where do I start. I was meant to go live on the 30 August, and it’s now the 1 December and still my account isn’t live. I’ve had 4 engineer appointments scheduled and 4 times no one turned up, without a phone call or text message saying they couldn’t come. The customer service team is beyond inept. It infuriates me how useless and incompetent they appear to be, I’m just amazed at how such a big company appears to be so amateur.
Please shop elsewhere. There are other providers that will charge slightly more but atleast it’s a better service. Definitely a lesson to not go for the cheapest option. I will definitely be switching my provider when the year is up.

The service provided was generally very good until the contract came to an end...then the problems began. We moved to a new provider who were faster and cheaper but discovered Now Broadband were still charging us despite us emailing them to cancel the standing order. It's almost impossible to speak to a human and their chat bot is designed to drive you insane. Finally we spoke to a very rude customer service guy who said it's their policy to not read emails and they will only take cancelations of contracts on the phone (which they don't answer). Although we had cancelled our standing order they still managed to take money from us and now we are having to make a small claims court application to get our £100+ back. Do not use this company!
