I applied for 36mb Now broadband and anytime calls advertised on Uswitch for £25 a month, instead I got pay as you go calls at £26 a month, my first month cost £70:65 second month cost £54:12 I am very disappointed with there response I cannot get a refund. |

I was trying to join Now Broadband but they could not get my address correct. It was shown in three different ways, two of which were incorrect so I tried to get it altered. It took 25 minutes to speak to someone. I then decided that this really was not for me and called the Cancellation line. After 53 minutes, yes 53 minutes I gave up. If this is for new customers I hate to think what it is like for current customers. |

Please for the love of god avoid this provider. Since joining in October 2018 the connection has cut of many times. It currently has been off for 2 days and all i get is we can't do anything till an engineer is available. Not just the exuses but imo rude staff on the other end, it felt like I was talking/e mailing to a child. Really wish i didn't rope myself into a 12 month contract. I had no issues with My previous provider regarding connection, I left because they upped the price but if I could go back in time I would of stayed with them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! |

I have just had to ditch this service after 2 months. The provider I had prior to this delivered as promised and when the wireless signal became an issue sent me a better router. Now broadband was no where near as reliable and despite numerous complaints and escalation to higher levels the only response was sorry there is nothing else we can do. Just speaking to customer service is a 15-20 minute wait. The attitude of now broadband and its staff is tough. If you are thinking of changing to this provider one word DON'T. |

Broadband is throttled then cut off immediately whenever used for more than 1mb/s (despite claims of no usage caps). Customer service is non existant, contact numbers are near impossible to find and when we found one we were charged £60 on our next phone bill. Live chat 'conveniently' doesn't let you log in whenever there is a problem. Even if you do manage to get through to someone their "troubleshooting" consists of unplugging and restarting your router over and over again until they throw up their hands and call an engineer (within 3-5days) to do the exact same until they finally even think to look into it at their end. If you want to end your contract early you can either cancel and pay nearly the rest of your monthly payments up front or call them up and no doubt be charged the same amount, if not more, in your phone bill. Don't let yourself be trapped in this scam. |

Broadband cuts out regularly. You can only contact them through live chat which is not easy to find. Ironically their staff seem to have great difficulty reading & answering questions. When you ask them to actually answer the question(s), they will just end the chat without warning. I very much regret signing up with them. |

Changed from BT to NOW tv for fibre broadband & phone only. Less than half the price I was paying to BT and that wasn't even fibre. I am getting faster broadband at a cheaper price and phone calls included. OK there has been the odd break in broadband but only for a few minutes hence 4 stars. I'm happy. |

so far so good (three weeks), switched from origin (different review), during sign up estimated speed was 4-8Mb/s (due to line), after 10 days (settling) period speed was just below 4Mb/s and going off once a day. |

Saving loads of money plus free calls and no line rental costs . Amazing streaming too on my I pad phone and tv all on standard adsl x. Your laughing. When problems occur they have been sorted. Customer service is eccelent. |

Going from Virgin was a risk but it am on brilliant broadband after a few teething problems caused by old line connections getting great typical speed and streaming now tv , can use I pad for movies etc good home reception and saving money . I have wasted a lot of cash on fast fibre I didn’t need. So goodbye Virgin. I highly recommend now broadband I guess others have been unlucky . Don’t hesitate to join or switch . |

signed up and excellent communication bordering on harassment for a few weeks leading up until installation day , apparently there was an issue with the socket for fibre broadband in the main signal box up the road even though he was an enginear he admited he has no idea what to do so the engineer said i will still get broadband but at a lower speed - LIES! no communication from now tv as soon as things went wrong . rang helpline and told we will answer ur call in under 5 minutes - LIES! actually had a wait of 15 . spoke to a northern irish gentleman eventually that was totally uninterested in the situation bordering on being rude saying i would receive a call from the back office team within 72 hours -LIES! after speaking again to someone today who was actually really pleasant i was informed they will not actually call u they will just send u an email in 3 days time .- LIes! the helpful rep today actually said the account is up for review in 4 days not 3 ! essentially if something goes wrong u are left hanging with very poor communication and them passing the buck to bt openreach or there back office team that u cant actually talk too! . i saw the price and thought its owned by sky so must be decent but up until this point have had a terrible experience with very little communication probably because i havent paid my monthly bill yet so they dont care. im sure some people have had a good experience but read the majority of the reviews this honestly is a very poor company with very poorly trained teams in charge .oh and one last thing i signed up for 25 pound a month fibre broadband which included line rental and free any time calls . guess what ? they still intend to charge me 8.40 for line rental even though no where in there 25 contract do they mention this of being a possibility of that exact price . even better than that there line rental is 7.99 so why would i be paying 8.40 ? i asked the call centre gentleman at first contact and he could not answer and adamant i am liable for this charge . i informed him ive read all 25 pages of my contract and perhaps he should read one of his company's contracts before making false legal statements . ive got no doubt someone somewhere will take legal action against this company at some point as its seems it is built on deceit . am i a disgruntled customer ? absolutely ! is everything i said true ? absolutely . use at your own risk ! and definitely do not switch provider until these jokers actually get things up and running or u will be left without internet like me with no idea when or if it will be resolved 1 shocking experience hopefully i hope u`ve read this review before signing up . i wished id checked the boundless amounts of bad reviews before i did ! |

Read a lot of bad reviews on this site so was a bit worried because I had already ordered a switch. This is not the first time I have switched providers over the years so I expected a loss of phone and internet for a few hours. 9am this morning, switched over, no interruption to service and getting max speed. Early days yet but happy customer. |

We signed up to NOW TV broadband, the box was installed and everything ran fine for 2 weeks, it was then promptly cut off by NOW TV with no reasoning given whatsoever, upon contacting NOW TV I was told that I would be contacted within 14 days regarding my problem???? 14 days! So I called the customer services helpline who rudely hung up on me before saying that the problem would be resolved by the following week, flash forward a week, problem still not solved and we receive an email saying something's gone wrong and we will be contacted in the next 2 days, 2 days later the exact same email. Upon contacting customer services a further time I am told to wait another 72 hours for someone else to be "in touch with more information", still waiting, still no wifi and absolutely useless customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid. |

No problem with the service for a Fibre Broadband you wont beat this on price. BTW the router for Fibre (Hub 2)is a re-badged sky router and generally acknowledged to be best in the market; oh and if you want to contact them just click on link at bottom of there web page. Like someone said any speed out dropout issues whoever the provider will be down to BT who maintain the line network |

Two weeks after signing up with now broadband and 1 day before my connection was due to go live I called them to check everything was still going ahead. I was told the service wasn't available at my address despite being told that it was after entering my post code at the sign up stage. No attempt was made to contact me to tell me this and if I hadn't called them, i would have waited in for an engineer who was never going to arrive. I have still yet to hear from now broadband, i have not received an apology or an explanation. Certainly avoid as they obviously care very little for their customers. |

Absolutely the worst fibre Broadband I’ve ever had, in the time I’ve been with them I’ve had 2 new rooters and 3 now tv boxes due to failures! With the broadband the only thing they love to repeat is “ we can’t control hiw reliable your network is when your wireless” then why have I never had this problem with any other services before then??? They then go on to say well how many devices are connected at once at Max only ever 3 mobiles and still it cuts out! I’ve even put in a WiFi repeater and even with that it looses the now broadband! Honestly please listen to this warning ⚠️ Do not go with NoW tv broadband!!! |

Just the most terrible experience ever . I swapped from sky thinking that they are the same company what could possibly go wrong ? .. believe me I urge anybody to stay well clear . You cannot speak to anybody ... if by some miracle you do get through after hours and hours of being put on hold you speak to a northern Irish call centre who could not give two hoots if you have no phone or internet or both in my case . Very very poor. 3 days after switchover day and still no landline or broadband. Poor customer service - pleasant staff but long delays getting through and staff unable to do anything (presume business modelled in this way - staff just there as a pretence). Reading reviews not optimistic about getting phone or BB service any way soon. My advice is go somewhere else - do not use Now. |

This company is THE DEVIL. I cannot believe how a company like can be in business. I've moved into my new house and the internet connection has been a NIGHTMARE. I've got a fever from how stressful I was, I'm not joking. Impossible to get in touch with them, left with no internet for 5 days, no clue what was going on, they got my address wrong, now they've sent me an email saying someone else is moving into my flat and they had to cancel my contract.. like.. what the hell?? Not to talk about the internet speed, trash. Cannot believe they provide a connection this slow in 2018. EMBARASSING. Just ordered now broadband and arranged a date for installation. They have now sent a reply changing the date to a day that suits them but not me. I called the number only to be told by automated service the waiting time is at least 20mins. I have since read reviews others have made and it appears this company should be avoided. |

Failed to supply purchased router. Switch went ahead away so no access to broadband until replacement sent.irish call centre less than helpful verging on contemptuous. Refuse to supply details so that I can use my own router in the short term and we don't even switch until tomorrow. Terrible start, terrible customer service, terrible mistake. Once up and running again first Google search will be for another more professional provider than these bunch whom I suspect are operating out of a caravan! |
