AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. NOW TV fibre broadband went live on 22/05/19. Constant problems with intermittent connection; phone line constantly stops working altogether; very low broadband speeds. |

I have had now tv broadband for just over a month and it goes off 7/8 times a day for long periods. As i study at home the internet is quite important so i have rung to check my line, to be told it was fitted wring but nobody could come to fix it for a month. I was told no several times that i couldnt cancel and eventually was hung up on. |

I'm confused by all of the negative reviews on here. I am with Now TV Broadband and can only give them top marks. I was with BT and when I moved home they tried to trick me into a new contract. By trick me, I mean this was not mentioned throughout the moving requisition process, BT in very small print in the confirmation email! So I left them. Prior to that I had been with Talk Talk which was a total disaster! My download speed was supposed to be 36 - 40 mbs but was never above 30 mbs, and went down to 2.5 mbs but they weren't at all interested in sorting out the problem. Both BT & Talk Talk contracts were for 18 months. My Now TV contract is for 12 months, a length I can accept as if I am not satisfied at the end of it, I can go elsewhere. By the way neither previous gave free anytime calls to both landline and mobile numbers, only weekend calls to landlines only. And were both more than what I am paying now! |

Router is seemingly useless outside any room it’s in. Speed is as advertised so can’t really complain there. Customer service is ridiculously bad. I submitted a complaints form two days after installation (bearing in mind I had a 2 week period available to cancel with no charge or repercussions) and they contacted me after 18 days! |

Just renewed with NOW Broadband. Price increased after initial 12 month contract. Before switching asked for better deal. Offered one less than my orig deal for same service. |

Now Broadband are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Continuous lies and false promises – blaming any error on Open Reach but not offering more explanation. Circling back on errors that I had known were fixed. I spent a month trying to get online, in the end went for BT who got me up and running immediately. Now Broadband customer services were extremely patronising and unhelpful. Their answer is literally, we will let you know in two weeks when there is an update... not if you will go live... if there is an update. Just the worst experience. Avoid at all costs! |

keep away from this crap provider, there is no way of contacting them when you have a problem, I have been flooded and have problems connecting to broadband and I have no phone, the only thing that came into contact with any water was the Open Reach box (another crap firm), can;t speak to anyone here either, on their information page it said contact your service provider and they will inform Openreach, so hack to square can't contact NowTv. it's time Ofcom got a grip on these companies who cannot be contacted by their paying customers. |

Asked to keep my landline number as it's a business number I have had for 24years and guess what they gave me a new number which they say can't be reversed so after a week I left |

Installed 3 months ago, moved from Virgin, what a nightmare, got super fibre thinking it would be good, it drops off on a daily basis it, the speed is slow, Netflix buffers on SD, the hub is 10m away front the TV with no walls, I complained and they said they would send a specialist engineer out from Openreach, he advised that everything was OK(equipment and connection) but the WiFi was just poor, I called NOWTV and they said they don't guarantee a wireless service only a wired service and it would cost me £70 to cancel, joke, AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Back to Virgin for me |

More like next year TV, my partner and I decided to move over from sky back in late July. We were supposed to go live on 21st august. Was then changed to the 27th fair enough. It's now 11th November NOVEMBER and we are still waiting to go live!! My partner has phoned up several times and been on live chat even more. atleast once a day (sometimes 3-4 times a day on the phone because they hang up half way through most of the time. Have been being told for ages that we will have an update soon or its with open reach blah blah. Was told yesterday that we will be live on the 21st November!! 3 months is absolutely shocking and that's if it even does go live... What an absolute joke my partners been friendly and patient on the phone/live chat all the way through but to me it's unacceptable! |

My flatmate and I had been waiting for 2 weeks for an engineer to come to sort out our Wifi. The engineer came and from what we thought sorted out our WiFi and we had successful WiFi for 3 days before it was cut out without warning. After spending 2 hours on the phone to NowTV to try and get this sorted all they did was pass the blame onto openreach and tell us we would have to place another order and wait another 2 weeks for an engineer to come out. I then contacted openreach as well as complained online on the openreach website, eventually after another 2 hours to be told (with an explanation as to why) that it was NowTV who didn't complete the final stage of the setup process of our broadband leading to automatic cancellation and I have this confirmation in writing. When phoning NowTV back to tell them this, instead of trying to resolve the problem for us, all they said was that they shouldn't have been allowed to provide us with internet as there was no space on the line, again passing the blame onto openreach. We also had 3 days of successful NowTV broadband before it was cut out so I highly doubt this to be true and it is probably another one of their excuses. I urge anyone, don't be fooled by their cheap prices because you won't even get the internet you pay for, as we still haven't with the total wait time now being a month with a likely further 2 weeks for whatever broadband provider we choose instead. NowTV are a disgrace and I won't be using them again. |

Change you extra without warning and hard to contact them to find number and when you do get through to then they no help also should get 36mb speed but most of time get less like around 24mb sometime even 17mb will be ringing again about that this time absolute garbage disappointed with it. |

I marked the reliability down because I did have ongoing problems for a few months but this was mainly my fault. I changed from Sky to Now TV about 18 months ago, as expected, the Now TV internet worked without any need to change the old connections or Sky Q hub. When I started to experience problems, I suspected it was probably down to the router, however, I delayed connecting the Now TV hub due to my own laziness and not wanting to reconnect the many devices to the new hub. Last night I gave in as the speeds had become unusable, since then, everything has worked just fine and we don't even need the wifi booster that had been necessary to get wifi upstairs without the Sky Q multiroom box. |

Appalling customer service. We've had several issues with NowBroadband over the past year. The reach of the signal is absolutely terrible, we've had to rearrange the entire living room to allow the Wi-fi signal to reach the consoles despite only being four meters away originally. The box continuously turned off and required a reboot. The company has no telephone number stated anywhere on their page. We spent several hours searching up ways to contact them, every number stated on Google was a blank or warned of a £6 charge. Eventually we found a customer only number, concealed at the bottom of the broadband terms and conditions page. However, this number took several attempts to connect to, as the first few tries we were only connected to an echo of ourselves. The live chat is also absolutely useless. A small quantity of their staff are illiterate and impossible to communicate with. Others are entirely incompetent and no help whatsoever. On several occasions I encountered a chat which provided me with no response other than the chat starter of "Hello I'm... to start with can I please take your full name and email address please." followed by no further replies for over ten minutes. Not to mention the account login itself was down for over three days at one point in September, preventing me from accessing my payment details to check the end date of my 12month contract (since they don't contact you to inform you of this). Furthermore, if you try to change your email through your account (which the website states is what you should do), even if you are with nowBroadband only (no connection to nowTV) your email is in fact only changed for nowTV rather than the broadband services. Only reason I am not leaving a 1 star review is because every so often I happened to stumble upon a member of staff who was not only extremely helpful but also went out of their way to help sort out issues which were not caused by themselves but rather by other members of their team. |

Like many others i wish we had read the reviews. speed improved since we have been with them (as ours was dismal with talk talk) but why oh why does the internet go off when our land line rings? wonder if these company's want us to get rid of landlines and only use mobiles!! |

Excellent broadband service. Price is very competitive. The offer without minimum contract saved our life. I usually don't post reviews but NowTV Broadband was a very good reliable service. |

This company seemed ok when they first started, it was small and well funded I imagine, so makes sense. But now suffers from being bigger than it can handle - hence the laughably poor service. |

I am due to move house in 1 month. I called them a few weeks ago to schedule this and even had email confirmations to say that the broadband will be switched on the correct date. They shut off my broadband a month early and couldn't get it back. They then said it would take up to 2 weeks to get back, until someone else took the last spot in the green box outside. Now I am without broadband for a month until I move. Thanks NOW TV! |

Would give a zero if i could, signed up once and booked an engineer but when I called up to check this, they said my account had not been created. The person on the phone set us up for an engineer to come out in 2 weeks time, only for our order to be cancelled without giving any explanation. When I called up they said we had no capacity for broadband with them, which they didn’t mention any of the other times they were taking my card details. |

Broadband was reliable and speed as advertised. Wifi signal was good enough for me in a flat, can't speak for further away though. |

I think I might be quite fortunate after reading the litany of complaints made against Now. My order was cancelled by them yesterday without reason and was due to go live in a week.I have decided not to phone them as I don't want the service (if you can call it that) and I don't want to be charged for the call. One commenter stuck out in my mind was the person that bought a months TV deal only to be charged again the following month as he didn't cancel it! As he put it 'a month should be a month' this to me is surely terribly wrong. |

Avoid at all cost. Semaphore would be quicker and more reliable. Internet connection is intermittent and WiFi only works if you sit within 30cms of the hub. I will ditch this provider as soon as my contract ends. |

STAY AWAY!! Worse broadband ever. I have been with Sky and EE before. Never have the experience of every 5 minutes internet cuts out like Now TV. If you want to call for service, you need 2 hrs to wait for someone to pick up. |

Absolute rubbish company. Installed Wednesday and been off and on ever since. If you use their online form nothing happens, if you call them expect 30 plus minutes of muzak. My advice is don't ever consider this company for any kind of broadband supply. |

Super slow broadband, when there is any internet connection at all. WiFi only works if you sit within 30cm of the hub! Absolute rubbish, will change provider asap. Other people in the area with different providers seem to have no problem, which tells me all I need to know. |

I have been with Now Broadband for several months now. Having moved my service from Vodafone. What caught my eye was the price, plus I already had Now TV and had no issues at all. |

AVOID! The broadband is slow, the router is hopeless compared to the previous BT5 and customer service is slow and just fobs you off. A poor product and whilst BT wasn’t fantastic it was way better than NOW. A bad move! |

I've read similar reviews here.. Unfortunately too late. Two weeks have past since the engineer came to my house to install the broadband. He couldn't finish the work and I had no update that day. I called NowTV to find out what went wrong and they didn't know. They promised to call me the day after to give me an update but they didn't. I tried to chat with them online and finally they could spot one of the problems. The woman I spoke to promised to keep me updated. 3 days later I happen to speak to the same woman in the chat so I asked about that update she reassured me I would get. She said she sent it and it finally turns out that she sent it to the wrong email address. Her response "my bad". |

Premise: I like to be left alone. I hate getting promo emails and being bugged about what 'more' I could get from the service. NowTV leaves you alone - some love this, some hate this. |

Shocking company. Would not recommend. Waiting weeks for broadband and then it was cancelled, no explaination, can’t tell us why. Have to replace order and wait another two weeks. Told multiple times we’d be called to be updated, never was contacted by them. Had to wait on hold for over an hour every time. Shocking |
