I am due to move house in 1 month. I called them a few weeks ago to schedule this and even had email confirmations to say that the broadband will be switched on the correct date. They shut off my broadband a month early and couldn't get it back. They then said it would take up to 2 weeks to get back, until someone else took the last spot in the green box outside. Now I am without broadband for a month until I move. Thanks NOW TV! |

Dire customer support. Often left on hold for up to 20 minutes only for them to take you off hold to tell you that they can't help and end the call. The other tactic is to disconnect the call whilst "transferring" you. I have cancelled within the first week of my contract after they messed up my broadband order and I couldn't get a straight answer on how it can be resolved from anyone. |

Your customer services is a joke once no contact numbers .customers support none When you finally get to speak to someone after waiting 45 minutes when told it would take 3 minutes you are then transferred to deal with at the least 3different people each one taking up to 25 minutes to 30 minutes each This happened on 4 nights did not get any answers . It may only be £18 a month but be aware of the hidden costs of contacting this fir as in 1 week it cost me £12 and still no cooperation from this firm of cowboys a complete RIP OFF |

AVOID! The broadband is slow, the router is hopeless compared to the previous BT5 and customer service is slow and just fobs you off. A poor product and whilst BT wasn’t fantastic it was way better than NOW. A bad move! |

Really bad customer service. Took almost two months to get me connected. They don't have a tech support line so getting issues resolved is a nightmare. Also, they will scam you out of any cashback from Quidco etc. |

The worst service . Always disconnecting and never sole the problem. Customer service lie to you just to hang up the phone . Treat customer as rubbish . Don’t recommend this broadband . Really mistake and my advice not to go with them . You will find stranger responses from call center |

Transferred from Talk Talk everything ok speed 37 instead of 1.5 so good but when I looked at phone they had given me a new number?I ticked on online form that I wanted to keep my number that I have had for 35 years as at the moment my disabled in-laws have social care and if there is a problem we are first call so I will have to try and inform everybody my new number!!!! Now say I ticked box to say I did not want my number? Does anybody know how to get my number back as it is causing a lot of stress. |

I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I switched to NOW TV from Sky due to them offering rolling contract while allowing me to upgrade my speed to 38Mbts. Initial set-up was easy and worked fine but I only got my old 10Mb speed. When the faster speed was switched on it complete cease to work. After 12 days and several OpenReach engineer visits I gave up and cancelled and set up with Relish. |

Two weeks after signing up with now broadband and 1 day before my connection was due to go live I called them to check everything was still going ahead. I was told the service wasn't available at my address despite being told that it was after entering my post code at the sign up stage. No attempt was made to contact me to tell me this and if I hadn't called them, i would have waited in for an engineer who was never going to arrive. I have still yet to hear from now broadband, i have not received an apology or an explanation. Certainly avoid as they obviously care very little for their customers. |

Please for the love of god avoid this provider. Since joining in October 2018 the connection has cut of many times. It currently has been off for 2 days and all i get is we can't do anything till an engineer is available. Not just the exuses but imo rude staff on the other end, it felt like I was talking/e mailing to a child. Really wish i didn't rope myself into a 12 month contract. I had no issues with My previous provider regarding connection, I left because they upped the price but if I could go back in time I would of stayed with them. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!! |

Just the most terrible experience ever . I swapped from sky thinking that they are the same company what could possibly go wrong ? .. believe me I urge anybody to stay well clear . You cannot speak to anybody ... if by some miracle you do get through after hours and hours of being put on hold you speak to a northern Irish call centre who could not give two hoots if you have no phone or internet or both in my case . I cancelled . They still continued to debit my account . Believe me don’t sign up . You will regret it. Like I do ... big time |

Read a lot of bad reviews on this site so was a bit worried because I had already ordered a switch. This is not the first time I have switched providers over the years so I expected a loss of phone and internet for a few hours. 9am this morning, switched over, no interruption to service and getting max speed. Early days yet but happy customer. |

signed up on 15th September.Took a stressful 48 hours to get through to cancellation dept. No email to say it had been cancelled. My email isn't recognised. Have hung on for 30 mins no one answers. Chat line has no send button. Who the hell do you complain to about this god damn awful company.Have taken money out of my account on the 17th. I am spitting feathers. |

Signed up on line. The only confirmation was for me to claim for a voucher for now tv.I read the reviews then decided to cancel via chat. The page wouldn't go so far as to be able to send the message.My account details weren't recognised so couldn't log on. Couldn't find an email address finally read the conditions and found the number 03303323050.Cancelled I hope.What a fraught time finding out who to contact why make it so difficult. |

After researching a number of broadband providers and reading various reviews I ended up going with Now and I couldn't be happier. Box arrived a week before live date. So easy to set up and it's never dropped out at all since we started it up (as some reviews suggest.) I work from home so rely on the internet being fast and reliable so I'm very pleased this has worked so well. Would highly recommend. |

In May I decided to go to NOW TV from Virgin Media. I made arrangements and was due to be transferred over on 28 May. I was later informed that there was a problem and that there would be a delay (they blamed BT Open Reach!). That was a month ago. 4 further delays later, the changeover still hasn't happened. Virgin Media terminated my service and I've been left without any broadband service. I've spent hours on the phone trying to contact NOWTV. One day last week I phoned them at three o'clock and was told I was in a queue. 35 minutes later the message changed and I was told that the office was now closed and that their opening hours were 9-5 - so why cut me off at 3.40? They sent me an email telling me of yet another delay and said that if I had any questions, to reply to the email. I did this and immediately got a 'failed to deliver'message back. I subsequently tried again on two other computers with the same result. They are impossible to contact. I have asked Virgin media to take me back which they did for a £25 charge. Having spoken to trading standards, I have sent NOW TV a letter withdrawing from the contract and asking for compensation. They are awful - be advised don't use them. |
