    The worse thing we ever did changing from sky to EE. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE RUBBISH..We had basic package which was dreadful .slow .slow slow.Gaming impossible .droping out constantly.We upgraded to fibre .No difference at all Slow slow dropping out constantly.Waited for an engineer to call.Took time off work..No one turned up .No apology no word from EE. They are a disgrace.They fob you off and treat their customers disgracefully.I have wasted hours and hours phoning them.

    If there was a 'zero' option, then I would give it. Absolutely awful Broadband. We are 5 months into our 1 year contract and cannot wait to leave EE. Constant buffering, cannot watch videos or Amazon Firestick. Everything takes forever to load. I have 2 children and they cannot do their homework at the same time. Contacted customer services (in India) several times and always go through same thing; try this, try that. But nothing ever changes. Was with Sky before and perfect. AVOID EE

    We tried to upgrade our EE broadband to fibre, but instead got disconnected. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then it has been a catalogue of errors, misinformation and lengthy phone calls with many EE staff in most departments. My partner has been on the phone to them pretty much every day for the past 3 weeks, often for an hour or more. No-one can find a fix to the problem. Lost the will to live.

    This company EE is a nightmare DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID .ordered broad band deal on 15th of novemember 14 to be conected before 28th of december.no router of internet told had to wait 10 days as had not been registered 8th of jan no router or internet not registered then told 16th of jan rang up no router yet or internet rang today said 20th jan for connection then 23rd jan then got text saying 26th of jan had no internet or phone .complained to EE got adviser with attitude problem .WHAT A NIGHTMARE

    EE broadband is slow & customer service is non-existent. We've had our BT phone line damaged by building work to the property next door. EE are reliant on BT Open Reach engineers turning up on an agreed date to fix the problem. As a result, we've had no broadband since Jan 20 and it's now Feb 4 because the engineers have failed to turn up. I've clocked up over £40's worth of calls to EE's 08 numbers but no closer to resolving the situation. Olaf Swantee needs to get his house in order. The Indian call centre is appalling and the arrangement with BT Openreach is broken. We had a similar problem last year and in fact it has got worse. Stay away from EE products!

    Awful.
    The worst internet I have ever had. Watching a 30 minute program online takes about 3 hours...enough time to watch The Green Mile or The Wolf of Wall Street. Constantly resetting and waiting for wifi to connect to devices. Usually spend my time using free coffee house broadband to complete University assignments because EE broadband is so awful. Avoid at all costs. Customer services don't care or understand either, hence why I switched from EE to O2 on my mobile contract earlier this year. I would not recommend EE whatsoever.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Mistake after mistake, with no accountability and communication. Each person you speak to blames the last person you spoke to and then makes another mistake. They keep paying us to delay supplying us Internet. They're awful at handling home move orders. They missold to us, telling us that we'd get much higher Internet speeds than we actually get. I call them up about twice a week to try and get things solved and correct their mistakes. Never choose Ee if you know what's good for you.

    I cannot even rate EE, mainly due to their Customer service. They called me and offer me a very good deal, saying they would take over my current provider and everything will be done without me doing anything. I would keep my landline etc. This is two months later and I have been the one chasing them and finding so many errors that they have made. Their staff are very rude, hang up on me, and have installed a second line on my phone which I do not know about, do not have a number for while my previous provider has not been taken over. At 1 point I asked the rude customer service man if i had not made these calls I would have been paying two companies and he simply said yes. I can even express how unhelpful they are. But I would advise anyone wanting to join EE to please investigate this company thoroughly.
