Just renewed with them for another year, at the end of previous 21 year contract. Being 80 years old I am not particularly computer literate but they have always sorted my queries with speed, efficiency and politeness. (Haven't rated Broadband speed as I have no idea what it is.) |

A couple of times I've had a problem with my router so I've called the tech support people at Direct Save and they have talked me through, step by step, how to fix the problem on both occasions. Very patient, very courteous and left me feeling I had just experienced PROPER customer service. I'd highly recommend Direct Save. Such a relief after years of BT ! |

I have been with Direct Save for over two years and in that time have only had cause to ring them with queries not complaints. Their charges are reasonable and I have no reason to complain. They provide an excellent service. On the rare occasion I have had to contact them, whichever representative I have spoken to in their Customer Service team has gone out of their way, when necessary, to resolve my query. I can honestly say I consider their Customer Service to be second to none. They have a good choice of packages and it makes no difference whether you are on a basic package or on their most expensive ones for customers who have the latest technological equipment all customers are treated equally. I have no hesitation in recommending Direct Save to anyone who is looking to change their Broadband provider. |

I was connected to 'Direct Save', in April last year and was on-line in about 5-days of ordering the package from the web. Although, everything went fine for about a week, my router kept started dropping the 'DSL' line eventhough my phone was working as promised. I phoned the support line, told them of the problem, and after a short 5-minute wait, the advisor said that the trce revealed that the router was failing and that he would send out a new one. In just 2-days I had the new router. I replaced the old one, and within minutes I was back on-line. I began a ping/speed test and found that the speed had increased to just over 9mb rather than the 3.2mb that I was getting before. As the original estimate was around 7mb for the area. I am totally thrilled with the results thus far and can't really say much, only that the service is 'Top quality'. The best that I ever had from any supplier. My last ISP was 'virginmedia' who, kept increasing their prices. So, all-in-all I've cut my internet bill by ³⅓ or £27.40 and we are very pleased to know that these people are true to their word. Top marks for an outstanding service... |

I recently changed provider from Talktalk to Directsave, I got fed up of the continual price rises over the last two years, so looked elswhere and checked reviews and although directsave had some bad ones, so do most of the others, so I'm giving them a chance. |

I've been with DST for over 7 years now and it's been quite some years since I last had a problem. That was when my router expired, but after one phone call or one email - I forget which it was - I had a new one shipped immediately and I received it in 3days. I recall having some minor connection problems when first signing-up with them in 2012, but I always had good service from them and no long waits for the phone to be answered. In comparison my previous and more famous service provider was abjectly awful - so bad that I'm surprised I've never given them a 1 star rating! While I appreciate that some people have had bad problems with DST, based on other reviews here, I've never had any serious problems, plus in the last 3 or 4 years not a single one. |

Direct Save Telecom is a great company with the cheapest line rental in the uk. I have never had any prblems with my broadband and i have been with them over 2 years. The ammount of money of i have saved in the past 2 years has allowed me to DO SO MUCH THINGS I wish i had become a DST customer years ago. There staff are very friendly and helpful along with there great customer service team. I would also like to commend one member of staff by the name of Rosie who went above and beyond to help me....Thank you DST |

Amazing prices, I opted for paper billing because I didn't believe how cheap they were. Just changed to online billing over the phone, got put through straight away, fantastic customer service. Iv had the service for a year now and Iv had no problems with Internet speed or anything. Would highly recommend! Thank you Direct Save for a stress free survice |

I've been with Direct Save for about 18 months. The changeover was less stressful than I imagined, I'm saving around 25-30% when compared to my previous supplier, and I got excellent support with the one issue I had when switching. And they respond in reasonable time when I phone them. |
