Waste of time, its forever going off! I'm sick of it, they left me with no broad band for over a month, no phone for two weeks and I still had to pay for it, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. |

The worst Internet provider I have ever had. Constanly unreliable service, slow Internet speeds (currently 2Mb for a fibre boradband is a freaking joke). Every time I call them it's all fine on their end. Have tried 3 routers already (as they always blame it on my router) and I keep having problems. Since I joined, in 2 years the price has gone up by £10 while the quality of service keeps decresing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID |

Having read some of these reviews I am wondering if they refer to the same company. I have been with these guys for 4 years and still getting a good download speed on a standard non fiber line. I don't use the line for calls only the internet and have been paying the same price with no clever add one or price hikes. Very happy and any technical issues have been quickly sorted. Thank you. |

I have been with Direct Save Telecom at 3 recent addresses and have found them to be most helpful and resposive to my requirements.I have recommended friends who have also joined them and been very happy. Price and customer service is good Consequently I have no reason to switch! |

I've been with DST for over 7 years now and it's been quite some years since I last had a problem. That was when my router expired, but after one phone call or one email - I forget which it was - I had a new one shipped immediately and I received it in 3days. I recall having some minor connection problems when first signing-up with them in 2012, but I always had good service from them and no long waits for the phone to be answered. In comparison my previous and more famous service provider was abjectly awful - so bad that I'm surprised I've never given them a 1 star rating! While I appreciate that some people have had bad problems with DST, based on other reviews here, I've never had any serious problems, plus in the last 3 or 4 years not a single one. |

Overall not too satisfied the customer services just put the phone down on you when they feel like and don't ring back so you have to que up all over again the customer services isn't the best I had my broadband disconnected for a week and they didn't inform me I had to ring up find out the problem they didn't rush to sort it out. Broadband speed is okay I guess when it works that is. The staff are rude and don't rush to sort anything out for you they over charge you on your bill sometimes too with out telling you. Wouldn't recommend to anyone searching for broadband !!! |

AVOID AVOID AVOID, no response to emails, took 70 minutes to speak to a customer service rep when I was apparently 6th in the queue. Customer Service rep had no idea, obviously has not been provided with appropriate training, tried to quote me me GDPR, shame Information Governance is my job. Have cancelled as no contract, as no response or info from them as to when service will be provided, 13 days after signing up. |

Speeds drops a lot, I work from home a fair amount and the speeds I get are a big concern. Several times I have called in to ask why the speeds so slow and theyve always blamed third parties or just said theyre not... Their customer service team are very poor at their roles; limited knowledge and very obnoxious. |

Absolutely appalling company. No Internet for over three weeks now and no closer to a resolution. Queue times are horrendous to speak to customer service or support. When you do get through there is zero contrition, instead a chippy and conbative attitude. Unbelievable!!! |

At first it was fine I told them I wanted invoice to review my bills but sent nothing and was charged I did not realise this as I could not get online they had not registered me on the system when I informed them. Eventually I was able to review my bills but if you do not see them online in time then they are gone, you should be able to review bills you have missed. |
