    Con artists charged me £430 in cancellation fees when I had to leave the area due to a sudden career change. Even though they are the ones who could no longer provide me with a service in my new location. Not to mention the shocking customer service wait times and awful connection quality I experienced. I would rather spend the rest of my life on fire than deal with this company again.

    Left with no email use for the third time. Running a business with these jokers is impossible. Want to get rid of my landline as I only get nuisance calls on it. I'm working to dump K Comms. Also should be able to chat till 8 on a Saturday. Not available at 7. GARBAGE SERVICE

    After having waited on the phone for nearly half an hour to speak to someone about my bill, which didnt explain at all why my bill was more than usual, I finally got through.
    Apparently I've come to the end of a slight discount which was for 12 months when I thought it was 18. The contract is 18 months.
    After discussing my usage, I'm told that I only use less than 40 gig thiingies a month and use about 9 local phone calls.
    They only have deals for either 20 Gigs or 200 Gigs. So I have to pay for the 200 which is 4 times what I use.
    This is appalling service and they have us by the short and curlies because there's no one else. I agree with everyone else about KCom. It is rubbish.

    Very cheaky and monopoloy that runs in Hull. KCOM. They make you sign 24months contract and do not provide service anywhere outside Hull and then charge you for the termination as well. So you end up paying almost the same amount every month until the contract ends. Plusnet, Vodafone are some of the best service providers in the UK who ispite having same similar contract do not charge termination in case of them unable to provide the service in the new area we are moving to, on the other hand KCOM finds every bit of money that they can loot from customer. And also charge way more than any service provider during the service contract. This KCOM looters provide flex obtions only for eligible customer (those with income, housing benifits etc...) and leave us with 24 months contract so they can loot.

    I this time during the cost of living crisis, KCOM loot from customers who are moving home due to unfortunate circumstances and this is seen as money making for KCOM by slapping termination charges on customer who want to move home. Instead of making moving home as easy as possible for people who are doing this due to their unfortunate circumstance like losing job.

    To be honest it's a zero trying to work from home, as if times aren't difficult enough. Shameful that we are stuck with a below than average service. We need an end to Kcom being the only service provider we should have a choice.

    absolute joke, I have closed account in October and I have since being waiting for a refund. Called them several times and all I hear they will get back to me.

    A dreadful service. I was told that slow speeds was the RAM on my computer so I upgraded. Still slow speeds. Will terminate contract (without notice) and demand a refund. Been without acceptable connection for about 3 weeks now.In a sentence, you can achieve things on foot quicker than using KCOM

    Absolutely abismal service, 40.00 a month for 5meg at best, continually drops out and at 5pm don't even bother until 9pm. I detest this company, but I can not go anywhere else. My phone is faster. I had a Kcomm engineer down and he knew less than me, he had not even heared of a surface pro..I would recommend an unlimited phone package before signing up to this detrius

    Wouldn't go with these at all conections rubbish made mistakes on my bill ended up getting in debt with this they admitted it was there fault didn't help me at all ended up paying 190 pounds straight out goto wifi company's don't up set u children with these rip of merchants

    if you like the thrill of money disappearing from your bank account or constantly being lied to
    then struggling for 3 months to get your money back

    if you think this is wonderful then go and sign up for a KCom account. because it gives you all this and more.

    for the rest of us that have better things to do then please please do not make the same mistake i did and sign up with Kcom they are worst company i have dealt with.

    Awful! Can’t even watch a programme without constantly pausing for it to catch up. We hate it. Had sky before and no problems at all for years. I think KC put this out with the intention of getting you to upgrade the package. This won’t be happening as I am leaving hull soon and I cannot wait. Complete crap BB.

    They introduced Lightstream with some heavily exaggerated advertising. Firstly, they promised a 100 download speed. But this number is in megabits not megabytes

    in reality the max you get is about 12 megabytes of download speed and 0.5 megabytes of upload speed
