Sorry to say this but we have had issues since mid May and they still remain unsolved . We are on Woodland Holiday Park and after a long drive to get here yet again no connection. I spoke with their office mid week to check the issue had been resolved before travelling down to be told yes , engineer has sorted the issue and I have just this second been on line to check again and all is well, complete and utter lies, nobody has been on site, nothing done and no internet , sadly I must say these people are useless and couldn’t tell the truth if it were their last words! Stay well clear, shabby company in my view

Internet telephone has not worked correctly since day 1. We have now switched provider to enable WiFi calling on our mobiles. Of course this only works when internet speed is capable.
Overall, dissatisfied and looking forward to the end of contract.

Everything was ok a year ago now I’m getting less than 1gb
When paying £60 a month never get a reply to my emails avoid this company like the plague didn’t think you could get worse than BT
I’ve had to divert all my calls to my mobile as our internet phone isn’t working.
As this is a Buisness line it’s my livelihood looks like they don’t give a ****.

What on earth would I and my family do without WiSpire. Given where I live BT/Openreach infrastructure is SO poor that I was only getting about 2Mbps (if lucky). WiSpire's unique radiowave system gets me 10-11Mbps download and 1-1.5Mbps upload most of the time. In general the speed and service is consistent, however there have been some outages caused by severe weather. Even so, this company should be congratulated and admired for what it brings to us rural Internet infrastructure orphans. Hopefully their future outlook is also rosy following today's announcement that they have been acquired by InTouch Systems. I would love to see the speeds increase further (and remain at reasonably competitive rates). THANK YOU WiSpire.

When it works download speed is up to 10mbps but it is very unreliable with speed dropping to 40kbps for much of the time. The worst thing is that despite many calls to WiSpire the service is actually deteriorating.

Im not sure whether some of the negative reviewers actually have WiSpire. The customer service has been great; you can email the same person whenever you have problems and they are a Norfolk company.
The only problem, that Wispire themselves acknowledge, is that speeds can slow down at times of peak demand and the impact of the weather.
The latter WiSpire cannot do much about, despite being located on Church spires....perhaps God thinks that we all need to give up on the internet at times and do some real work.
The speed is a bit random, but we can't have any landline broad band here so without Wispire I wouldn't have the internet at all.
If the moaning minnies would like to bugger off back to BT etc then perhaps mine might speed up a bit even more..

Very dissapointed within less then 24hrs received 7 diffrent emails about paying or giving a review. Y would i give a review on a product of not yet been able to use and y would i have to pay in such sort off a time when theres 14 days cooling down period for cancelation ? I have no internet connection and i cant speak to anyone till monday to get iit sorted serious joke !!

The broadband is unreliable, inconsistent and generally slow.
Once in a while it is very good, HD quality but it is very infrequent.
Customer services are only available during office hours and you have no way of finding out how much of your download allowance is left unless you call customer services
I wouldn't recommend WiSpire unless they can improve the consistency of the supply

Wow- amazing. This service has revolutionised our lives - three at university and in dire need of a reliable fast download capacity who have persevered for far too long with up to 2mbs service guarantee from BT. How BT are allowed to get away with advertising UP TO when it is impossible to actually provide never mind such awful service for so long is appalling - in reality we operated on 512 - 700 kbs....remember that! Thanks Wispire for coming along and ending our nightmare. Great customer service, cannot be faulted. AWESOME. THANK YOU!

Since signing up to the service we have had incredible internet service for our location, we are on their 10mb package and whenever i have done a speed test it has never been below 10mb. the speeds are consistent and the only time it has ever gone down was a very heavy thunderstorm but this is to be expected with the type of service it is, cracking service great friendly support, cant recommend them enough!

Brilliant company to work with. A really innovative local (church spire) wireless transmitting service reaching us poor internet served Openreach casualties. I have had the system installed for the past 6months (Max 10mbps) download speed that is consistently providing this speed. We have had a couple of hicups in service, where comms was dropped but overall very very pleased. Customer service and competency of staff is very good. Cost also not too bad. Just wishing they would uplift my service to 35mbps which is available to certain WiSpire customers (who connect to Cantly Sugar Beet chimney transmitters).

When its working speed is very good compared to current alternatives, however the reliability is just unacceptable. Variance in signal speed and just completely dropping is infuriating when working from home or trying to watch a film.
