Absolutely appalling service. |I reported the connection not working in our static caravan on Monday 12 June. The "Engineer" I spoke to after hanging on for about 10 minutes was useless. He told me the usual - to put the port leads in the opposite way! My husband, who is away, has telephoned them twice. I telephoned them again on Friday 16 June as we had not been given an appointment and the same "Engineer" put the phone down on me. I complained to the caravan site management who said they would ask VFast to ring me but nothing has happened. I get the feeling that the Company is in trouble!

Overall the experience hasn’t been bad over the past three years. Two days ago I asked to upgrade to a faster speed internet, they obliged and acknowledged this would lock me into a 12 month contract. The following morning I found my internet completely disconnected and has been since. They aren’t able to fix it as some third party company isn’t working this weekend, and as such I’ll have to go multiple days without internet, and while isolating this is meaning losing £££ from not being able to attend meetings as arranged. Not impressed at all!

I’ve been paying £40/month for internet speed I am not getting... rang them, spoke to Craig - customer service and Emma - accounts and they both said there is nothing they can or want to do. Absolutely useless!
I was advised to buy a new router at my cost and keep doing troubleshooting to see what speed I am getting. What a joke!
I’m paying for 100 but getting 20 if I’m lucky!!
Have to be on mobile data all the time at home as my internet keeps dropping but that’s apparently normal??
Avoid this internet privider! RUDE customer service make you feel like you are bothering them!

We had the internet fiiited only a few months ago in covid lockdown, Reece was professional and kept to the covid rules, he was a clean worker and very polite!
Are internet is beyond brilliant it has enabled us to have a fire stick so we can watch Netflix and prime a must in lockdown times lol I also use the internet for my iPhone it’s quick and reliable, as were in the sticks no other internet touch us like Vfast does!! Well happy thank you

Polite and efficient team surveyed our property today and concluded they could not install a V Fast aerial because 'there were trees in the way' and the signal would not be strong enough unless it were mounted on a pole 15m high. If this is the case it is a wonder any customer can get wifi via V Fast. I can get signal inside a metal shed at ground level using a mobile dongle. I cannot believe aerials require line of sight to a mast. But I can believe other poor reviews. What a joke. Disappointed. Back to the drawing board for optimal broadband in remote area.

I just moved to a new apartment(allegro living) that gave us a choice of 6 wifis and I believe picking v fast was the biggest mistake I made. We pay for 100mb download speed but the highest we've ever gotten was 41(once) and most times its lower than 13mb. Currently the internet speed is 999kb. When you call V fast, they keep on giving excuses about the amount of wi fi channels and the number of people in the building. I know for a fact my building is currently at 40% capacity, so its as full as it can be. There was a particular day I called 5 times to sort out the connectivity issue and nothing changed. I then asked to change my current plan, as the company cannot provide the service I was paying for. The answer was no because in the contract it states that they allowed to supply you less wi fi than you paid for.Which is a bit baffling as the I do not see the point in charging people 40 pound for a 100mb, when everyone is going to get less than 25mb( which is 23 pound plan).

A few years ago they were the best: no landline needed (all our phones went VOIP), faster than ADSL, reasonable charges, excellent support. Now FTTC (VDSL) is faster and cheaper and lower latency and unlimited and a free landline number too, so it's farewell VFast... and then they tell me about the 30-day cancellation period (i.e. we pay them an extra month for nothing). I thought PlusNet was bad 'cos it charged a cancellation fee even outside the contract period, I thought vFast was better... but it's the same charge with a different name. :-(

Vfast's wireless service makes dial-up look fast. Don't expect to be able to do anything normal with your connection during the daytime as throughput grinds to a halt (yes throughput not the connection speed). Forget YouTube, IPlayer (catch-up TV) or online gaming, even general web browsing crawls. This has been the norm for years, yes years, as the wireless services are left to rot. If you are unfortunate to be out in the sticks with little alternatives, I still wouldn't recommend Vfast.
Don't bother to complain to Vfast about any wireless issues as they will just tell you where to go.
