So fed up never had a good connection in the whole time we been with them but no options where we live, they blame Open reach , book appointments don't turn up and think its ok, as if we can waste day at home , I bet if they had to pay wages for me being off work they may think twice.

Left us for several days with no service, with 3 people working from home. Spent 4 days stating it was a BT problem, then admitted it was a router problem. Have been a customer since they started 15 years ago. Very poor ownership of problems when we had an outage

Loyalty counts for nothing. Avoid if you can
If you have any other choice of provider, honestly, go with them. They offer a part time service. Closed at weekends. Fast service when it’s up, but in recent months has regularly dropped on a Friday or Saturday, only to be restored when the office opens again on a Monday. Today my router has stopped working, and despite paying more than £60 a month for the service, they are demanding a further £125 for a replacement router - or demanding that I enter a new 18 month contract with them. Unless you’re in my situation, with Call Flow as the owner of the fibre in my street, choose a reliable and decent provider.

Call Flow Solutions provide a good service provided that it is working. If you have a problem they are very poor. I have been with them four years and during that time I have had to call them 4 maybe 5 times. One is always left with the idea that it is your fault and they are less than interested. My broadband speed has recently dropped from 29 megs to 20 megs. Having jumped through all their fault finding hoops, I was offered two solutions, pay for a new router, or sign up for another 18 month contract and get a router free. I wouldn't mind if one could buy a reputable router but Call Flow insist that I use theirs. Roll on another broadband provider expanding into my area of Kent.

Have been using CallFlow for four months now. The broadband speed they said I could expect was around 56Mb, but I get much better than that (c80Mb down, c20Mb up). I've only had one outage - it lasted a day, but on calling them out of hours, there was a message advising they knew about the problem and were working on it, plus CallFlow texted to keep me informed and were spot on with their prediction as to when the service would be restored. In contrast to that, my best BT speed before moving to CallFlow was 7Mb, I had numerous outages and had to be sent three routers over a two year period, added to which, BT advised faster speeds could not be expected for some time - I'm a happy customer, I can recommend CallFlow.

This service is fine when it works but unfortunately there have been way too many outages in our area which cause serious disruption to our business.
Customer service is also poor.

About as bad as it gets. Patchy slow access to the internet and a company which really does not care.

Have had consistent 30Mbps connection from our supplier (CallFlow Solutions) since August 2014. More than 120 users in our rural village - all very happy.
There are also many people here and in the Romney Marsh area using Vfast wireless broadband and getting 15-20Mbps plus fast upload speeds.
Broadband UK has yet to catch up with the situation on the ground - in late April 2015 the detailed information is completely wrong - saying that people in the village have a connection 96.8% SLOWER than our current result.
If you live in the Hythe area of Kent, you do not have to pay a fortune to BT, Sky or TalkTalk for a 2Mbps connection - Fast Broadband arrived in 2014 and is here now!
