Everything gets full marks except the speed, it's rubbish where I live. It's forcing the fiscally challenged to buy fiber optic broadband. Other than that the broadband is pretty good, even when there's a problem, there's always a very polite and helpful person on the phone ready to help. It's very reassuring, especially when you can't get out much, internet is a lifeline

I an extremely pleased with Utility Warehouse. I've been with them since 2013 and have been amazed at how low my bills are in comparison with other people who use other companies. Their customer service is second to none, they answer promptly and have always sorted out any queries I may have had. I just use standard broadband speed (not super fast) and it's been adequate for my needs including streaming. I like the fact that all the services are included on one bill and they are very easy to understand. Overall I can thoroughly recommend them.

We did not realise that one of our e mail addresses was not portable, and have had to pay the previous provider to keep the address, after e mails stopped arrive. Advance notice of this as an issue would have been helpful, as its taken a while to sort.

I have been a customer of Utility Warehouse since 2013. Since that time I have been genuinely delighted with their customer service, and offers. As I live in a very rural area, my Broadband service is very slow and nothing any Broadband service can alter that until new lines are installed. I'm told that there is no plans for that in the near future however. I have been offered help from Utility Warehouse as I am a pensioner with costs and meter readings etc. Now I have received a smart meter so no more readings are required. I have had all my light bulbs changed for LED bulbs free and the offer of a 'new' for 'old' bulbs' if or when a bulb goes. Recently I did have a problem with my broadband but I phoned customer service who solved the problem immediately and the agent told me how to do this myself if it ever happened again. I can honestly say that I am delighted with all sections of their service. The bills are so easy to read, the costs are low due to me being a 'GOLD' customer (I have phones, gas, electricity etc from the same firm) and everything I spend at certain shops gives a discount which is taken off my bill. However, there is one minor downside (which I have found with EVERY energy company I have ever been with) - when I phone Customer Services, the wait can be far too long. The phone call is free but my time is precious. Other than that, I have found this is the best Energy company I have ever experienced for prompt, efficient service, There has never been any cause for the smallest of complaint. (I hope I don't have to eat my words if the prices escalate!)

Utility Warehouse customer service is up there with the best how ever the broadband connection keeps cutting off, the router is in my kitchen and sometimes I struggle watching Netflix etc. in the living room. I have the standard broadband and would have to pay £5 more a month to upgrade which I am resentful to do as I am already paying £5 more than I was with sky which worked ok.

Internet kept cutting out almost immediately after transfering from bt
After 5 visits from bt engineers who each could not locate the problem i decided to cancel service.. the staff at UW all blamed bt and after each visit said problem was fixed..they are possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with..DONT GO WITH UTILITY WAREHOUSE

It doesn't help if broadband is lost at the weekend that customer service is closed. Broadband does not always fail during business hours. Not impressed.

Speed more than sufficient for my limited needs. Reliable without any significant loss of speed at peak times. Costs are satisfactory. Small problem with spam soon rectified by changing filter settings. Been with them for many years.

On the whole Utility Warehouse are excellent. Very helpful staff. The routers for broadband aren't very reliable. We're on our third in 3 years but on the whole i think the service is outstanding.

broad band speed is useless keeps dropping off at night when busy.
its all due to the distance the optic fibre is away .
countless engineers have tried to improve the speed to no avail.
Bt need to get the all the lines updated we are paying for rubbish phonelines etc.
