The worst broadband and the customer service I have ever experienced. It took 4 months and more hours than I would like to remember on phonecalls with them to cancel the service after I had moved out of the property. This was because they kept losing the transfer of ownership forms we sent and then didn't seem to understand that the cancellation request was in fact a cancellation request.

Worst company I’ve ever come across. Do not go with them. They’ll manipulate you to believe their scam is legit!
2.1mbp average on internet, even tho they state 10mbp on average. NEVER.
DARK OR DHARL, Patrick, Jacob and Mike From complaint department & loyalty team lies to avoid situation / conflict. Poor poor poor. They charge you £2 extra to stop the no ID call without your authorisation and charges you extra. Took out fibre optic line after they promised it’ll be all fixed and will get the speed I want.........3 weeks down the line no internet.
Then they said no cooling off period.

Absolutely disgusting and I am not even a customer second day if singing up I asked to cancel due to reviews and call with customer service they try to manipulate me sending me to loyalty team they got a million excuses as to why contract can’t be cancelled until it got to 14 days and then they say it’s cancelles but oh yeh final bill to pay LOL Talk Talk got the wrong customer I am not paying the bill they can take me to court be AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT TRUST THEM ITS BETTER YOU GO ELSEWHERE!

Failed to provide me with a functioning email address from day 1. Gave them 6 months to fix it, going in circles with call centre. Had to move on as I couldn't access online account with no email address and got no advance notice of direct debit payments. Now about to get a CCJ for non-payment of early termination fee for a service I didn't receive. Stay clear of TalkTalk!

I wouldn’t give this company 1 star just to put it out there! No internet ever despite paying, spent hours an hours on phone 4 different engineers then told you just need to upgrade so we did like mugs to the fibre optic, what fibre optic ?? We never received it, then they telling us we can’t cancel. Non of the staff have a clue what they are taking about, so called managers then come on the phone and have no idea or explanations as to why they can’t provide the internet. Spent over an hour talking to on the phone on number ours occasions going round in circles for them to not do anything for us, they lie and funnily enough don’t cover there tracks very well. PLEASE STAY CLEAR THIS COMPANY.

I called today about renewal no one spoke English and couldn’t understand what I wanted and then I got cut off and on second call was put on hold for ages.... second call was 35 mins and achieved nothing at all. Very disappointed to be honest will move my custom elsewhere... they also gave me the wrong renewal date!!!

If you are thinking of using Talk Talk for Broadband; just don't.. The service in my 30 day trial was terrible; the helpline impossible to deal with. I tried their 30 trial and cancelled within the time; yet they still try and bill me for time after I cancelled; I send complaints but nothing happens.. Utterly useless company..

Service is slow, it cuts out all the time, can't use multiple devices. Have had it "fixed" numerous times, even had two new routers over the course of our contract. It just sucks. Even living in London it's not possible to get fast, reliable broadband from Talktalk.

ZERO stars is my preferred rating but wont except it. Customer services are argumentative, nothing ever gets done, and takes ages to answer (non British helpline). Speed is poor and irregular, Website is Poor, they try to over charge with a promise to refund after you have paid. Regular dropouts of connection. Apart from that everything is average. AVOID Like the plague. Try a Broadband supplier instead.
