It's a lousy company. It's displayed a contact customer service number 03303323050 constant engaged. You can't get through no matter what time of day that you're calling. Last time I was offline for 10days. And I had tried to contact them more than 100 times. Still engaged. Since then it's a hour here. 10-12 hours there. Or sometime a whole weekend with out internet. Is it what you called a good service provider. Thank you Now Broadband now all I really wanted to say is I wasted to terminate my contract with you.

Been with them for 4 months and at best may have had a month if I added up the time it actually works with out buffering or losing broadband altogether, phoned there customer service line who tried to tell me that a firestick will buffer no matter on what my Internet speed was. If I had known it was part of sky I would not have gone with them in the first place, wish I had found this review page first. I would avoid this company at all cost.

In the 18 months I’ve had this it’s absolutely awful. 18 months on and the WiFi is constantly dropping

The people were polite. But always around in circles. Their product is poor and they worm every way out of letting me leave for a better supplier. Despite me having proof of the far below guaranteed speeds. They use BT's lines, just go to BT or anybody else!

Customer service is enough to avoid using NOWTV. Wanted to move the broadband to my new home, which we move on the 14th. The closest date they could give me to switch was the 25th and I would lose broadband from the 24th in my current place. They gave the incorrect details to BT meaning they rejected the appointment on the 25th, 6 days before we move. We had to cancel with NOWTV and go with Virgin as they don’t use BT broadband lines. Now we don’t have wifi in my home until we move - nobody seemed to know/care what to do

Terrible packet loss and high latency during prime time hours makes this unusable for online gaming and the constant buffering, even at low resolution, could make movies unwatchable.

The network has been really poor over the last one year. I called a month earlier to notify them of house move, they said it can't be activated until a certain day but no one activated it. Now I have to wait another 14days. Despite calling them, nothing can be done.

I have had so many issues with the signal and connection speed. I’ve spoken to customer services who were lovely and tried to be helpful and I was given instructions about how to try changing channel but while it is fine some days, other days it feels like being back in the 90’s with the little thing just spinning around on the screen and nothing loading. I just use my phone data often as it gets so annoying but what’s the point of giving NOW my money! Currently looking elsewhere…
