If I could give them -stars I would! After signing up with them in January and being installed I have had nothing but problems, my activation date was the 24th of February and then the 25th of February because of a problem (still didn't come on) I then rang and was put on hold for ages and passed from person to person 5-6 times to people I couldn't understand and then people I couldn't hear they then said that there had been a problem and that it would be active on the 4th of March and then I went through all the process again with the holding talking to people and explaining again and again to then be told activation would be on the 12th no reason given even tho I asked, then come the 12th again not on so rang again and again through the same processes again and then told the 17th, the 24 (today) still not on now they are saying the 10th of April I demanded to speak to a manager and had to wait for a call back and have just got off the phone to him and he has said that be will be fast trackin my order (after waiting this long you would hope so)!!!! And he has now said that it should be on within the next 3days! We will see what happens then because let's face it probably won't be on even by the 10th!!!! I won't be waiting anymore they have 3days or I am finished! Good luck all those who are with EE (*the fastest most reliable network*)!!!!! Lol xxxx

We switched from Talk-Talk, having read the reviews I was fully expecting awful quality from EE but their switchover process was flawless, and the main thing, SPEED, has been as good as or better than Talk-Talk was. Avg 10MB download, which is fine for ADSL. Streaming video works better too. Not one issues of reliability or speed so far.
Just thought I'd add my experience by way of balance ...

The worst experience ever! Constant broadband problems which I did not experience with TalkTalk in the past. Very rude and unhelpful Indian customer support which wastes a lot of your time.
I recommend to pay more and save yourself time and maintain sanity.

one word: AVOID! The worst ever broadband experience I have ever had. When we signed up for it (may 2013), we received an email regarding the activation date of their service. On that date, it was not activated. When I called them they told me that my service will be activated in 2 weeks. Even though I was very annoyed, I waited 2 more weeks then it was really activated.
Then suddenly, my router want down. I called the technical team and the person I spoke to knew less then me about a broadband connection and a router. After a long discussion, I convinced him to send me a new one.
Finally, I was moving house 3 weeks ago. I called them and told them about my move date and the gentleman on the phone confirmed the day of activation and told me that my current line will stay live till the move out date. About 1 minute after I hang up my broadband was gone and the landline was cut!
I called them again and told them that I need internet before I move out and asked them to reactivate. They said it was impossible and I had to wait. I moved to my new house, then guess what? There was no connection! I called them again and they told me that I need to wait another 2 weeks to be online again.
I had a horrible experience with them. I was thinking of leaving them but other broadband providers told me that activation will take around 10 days. I wish I cancelled my contract at that time.

I've been with Freeserve, Orange and then EE-for a long time. I had a reliable broadband service but when I agreed with EE to an upgrade package in October 2013 the upgrade never happened. After waiting over 4 months and many, many very long phone calls to customer services at EE I asked for MAC to move to BT. So EE threatened me for remainder of upgrade package contract, that never happened! They told me I would get a 'black letter'! I dealt with English speaking staff but at the end of the day they were all useless. Glad I've moved to BT. I just can't wait to have EE on my phone trying to get me back offering another one of their non-existent packages. I will probably tell them what they can do with it!!!

One word - awful. Don't write reviews but EE has been a disaster from day one. Ordered a month ago and line still has not gone active. EE seem incapable of resolving issue and just keep saying they are looking into. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their offering is cheap for a reason!

I made a huge mistake going EE broadband. I was originally sky broadband and had no problems in them 2 years. I've been with EE 2 months and had nothing but issues. Including slow speed in everything I do. It's terrible. My phone lines fine and so are all my electrical devices. I'm constantly on the phone to someone, always being given one excuse or another. Truth is I've had nothing but problems since I went EE. I'm currently in the process of cancelling them. Also don't believe the monthly price they quote you because they take more. Lies lies lies..

Please stay away from EE.
Its just plain rubbish, it only hits about 1 Mbps, and thats at 6am on a Sunday morning.
If you watch youtube, its a no go,
more buffering than a railway goods yard.
