    Connexin have the worst customer service I have ever known. 1st they cut us off without any warning. Then can't cobtact them and when we finally do they say they will get back to us but never do.

    Was an old pure broadband customer.. was disconnected from conexin as apparently don’t cover my area anymore .. even if been with pure for 8 years .. anyway still taking money out each month absolute rubbish company avoid

    Worst broadband company around. Took 18 months to finally install their broadband (more fool me for waiting) from that point issue after issue. Small amount of IP addresses so sky won't download programms as more than one person with same ip address. Get this resolved or so we think with a static ip. This was incorrectly added onto the account of broadband stopped working. 5 days to fix. Multiple drop outs taking around 8 - 10 days to fix each time and complete lack of support or customer service from the company.

    Shocking no internet for a week ring them they don’t get back intouch message porthole no one still gets intouch they tell you to be at the address and will ring you wait for days still nothing and when speak to someone all you get is we understand and still no internet you pay your bill for no internet and not even a good customer service would not rate this internet to anyone

    No internet since before 9pm last night. Apparently all users on Patrington Haven Leisure Park who have the misfortune to be with Connexin are still without internet. The Park said its KCom's fault earlier this morning but no update on Connexin website. Absolute silence from Connexin - don't answer phones, respond to chat via their agents or respond to answerphone messages. Reached the end - will look for another provider.

    My internet speed has been slowly deteriorating until finally its so slow and unstable that it is not fit for purpose. I contact connexin on the live chat (17th October). I requested tech support and am soon passed to an agent, who then says they will pass me to tech support.... and then nothing, just left waiting for hours.

    So after 6 days... I have not heard anything I called and spoke to someone but now have to wait for an email from technical support - they can't even be bothered to speak with me in person.

    As of 6th November, I have rang 5 more times plus tried live chat to avail.

    Today I finally received an email with a link to there self-help... clearly after 3 weeks I have tried all the self help and googling I can find, I'm pretty sure the issues are on their side but they still are not willing to provide any tech support.

    They took my money on time though, that's the only place they are reliable. Anyway I have taken there advice and helped myself... I have cancelled my contract (of 8yrs with Pure) and will move to KCOM.

    I am still making a formal complaint and then will report this to the ombudsman though because both the internet service and the customer service are non-existent.

    As an old Purebroadband customer that Connexin bought out their customer care/tech support is almost non existent. Support used to be available until 9pm M-F and 6pm Sat and Sun. Today they have had problems all afternoon and another customer just told me they received an email.They are aware of outages across their network but will look at it tomorrow as they finish work at 6pm? Obviously not bothered about giving a decent service to their customers.

    Came up to my caravan was meant to be working away here for a month (peace and quiet perfect right?) Arrived to find they had done something to my router. Couldn't connect of course it was a Friday so couldn't do anything to get in touch with them as they don't really bother end of the week.
    Monday came had to send photos and explain the problem. Ok I thought we are getting somewhere. Had WiFi suddenly appear for 24 hours. Been here 10 days, phoned them this morning, they were aware of the issue, even rang me back. Would be fixed today Well still wasn't fixed and I am still using my data!
    Will complain to ofcom paying for a service I don't even get. Spent enough already on data well over my monthly cost. Avoid like the plague. Not worth the stress!

    I've been trying for weeks now to telephone someone at connexin to ask about these telephone poles without any luck whatsoever, I've also tried using the link on the notices they've put lampposts which is (home.connexin.co.uk) but I'm never able to as it constantly crashes. Connexin are just steamrollering in without any debate or consultation or any form of engagement with the community whatsoever. This is a disgraceful way to run a business. If this is their way of opporating I will never use their services its utterly disgracefull. If anyone has a telephone number for Connexin would they be good enough to post it here.

    Disgusting company. Installed telegraph poles across Kingswood Hull even in people's private front gardens.
    This is a new estate with ducting available, absolutely no need for these ugly poles. No one down our street has signed up for their service, but no doubt the poles will remain forever.

    Absolute rubbish of a company, I have called them so many times just to pay my bill and it’s been a week and half and still no call back, I ring everyday and they say I’m in a callback waiting list, crap customer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone

    My mums phone line went off on 3rd oct it got reported on same day. It's now a week later & no one has been.
    It's down as urgent. Shes a poorly 88 year old pensioner who has a lifeline not working due to this. It's a disgrace that a company can put someones life in danger. I have rang 3 times a day to be told the same thing a engineer is supose to call back??I'm still waiting.
    I will be takeing this further.
    Every one will get to know how useless they are.

    I have been unable to use my BB for 3 days now....fault started on a Sunday when CONNEXIN are closed.
    Called first thing Monday and was told id be contacted back......have called to follow this up several times and nobody gets back......it's Tuesday now and not even am email to acknowledge my issue....The advisors answering the calls are only able to pass a message to tech services .
    All very frustrating for customers and the advisors.
    If I can't get any response soon I will be up taking this to OFCOM and cancelling my direct debit ....what's the point in paying 42 quid a month for a service you can't use from an ISP that comes across like it doesn't care.!!!!!

    If I could I would give this company no stars. I own a caravan that I rent to guests. Part of the service is Wi-Fi. On a number of occasions I have had trouble with Wi-Fi and been unable to contact anybody All I get is a number of articles sent by email. Do NOT think of using this company

    Finally an alternative to KCOM. Great service with great speeds. Never had any issues and the set up was so efficient and easy.

    My connection is great becausevim a linked to the partner broadband with kc but my mother in law on longhill has had this service for 3 months and has been dissconnected 5 times and had engineers out 5 times and yet again today she trys to download there new app and gets cutcoff again and when you ring its always we will call you back why cant they just deal with it there and then takes them days to call back so your paying for a quite shocking service that your not even recieving if this is the future stick with kc as o think thats what im gonna do when they roll this out in my area

    So much better than KCOM. I actually see the right speeds that I am paying for and have way less downtime. WiFi is a million times better and I'm saving about £20 a month. I've seen people complain about live chat, but I hate speaking to people on the phone.

    I was with Connexin for some 6 years when the choice of broadband supplier was either them or Kcom. Service was average but deteriorated considerably when it became impossible to speak to the company by telephone.
    I conside Connexin's attitude in imposing these eyesore poles to be absolutely deplorable and would urge anyone presently with Connexin to leave them in favour of one of the several broadband companies whose supplies are underground. Prospective customers should also seriously consider the many negative reviews Connexin have received over the years.

    Connexin lied about the cooling off period. The posts are soaked in carcinogenic creosote and smell awful.
    The service is very very poor , you can’t actually speak to customer services as they don’t have a phone number or e mail contact it’s all on line and they are very rude and unprofessional.
    The internet service op is appallling but they won’t help you and you are stuck in a contract. I have got OFCOM involved.

    Arranged for a sales person to call at my house this morning at 10.30am. It is now 12.24pm and not seen anyone. Tried to contact connexin, even on live chat and no response. Don't think we will bother to sign up as they seem a very unreliable company, especially after reading all the other reviews!

    this company took our village system when previous company went bust, they were somewhat good in the beginning but as time went by it got steady worse since covid we cannot speak to a real person it either over internet or by text which not very good when the internet goes down they either dont reply or get back you days later we live in a rural location and we are going back to stone age. we cant get any response from the management they are from hull and it would take engineers some hours to get to use the village has the equipment behind the village in a building they have put new equipment in but it is useless as it break down i live a mile and bit from the village so i am wifi from the village and it has cut in the evening for 4 nights they say is down to rain but that's not true found out signal ariel is pointing north and in are direction which west

    I am paying for 10 mb/s but I get 2-4 mb/s. I chat with them twice but nothing happens. They told me to buy a cable to do a wired download test with a computer I was downloading with 45 mb/s wireless from KCOM. How the same computer can download with 45 mb/s before and with connexin only 2-4 mb/s. They said that is my fault, not their fault. WHY I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DO GET? They close the chat without answering my questions or giving me a solution. The worst internet provider in my entire life

    This company have decided to impose the installation of telegraph poles on kingswood hull,a modern community with all utilities underground including superfast broadband.

    No consultation with residents or thought to the impact of installation of this ugly above ground infrastructure.

    This is a disgrace and if companies want to provide alternative service then they should have to match any existing infrastructure, if it's already underground should stay underground.

    This does not seem very environmentally friendly and has caused anger in the community, will not use this service even if free.

    Would never use or recommend this company,absolute joke.half the time they tell you one thing,then it changes.dont reply to your messages,trying to get them to actually ring you..forget it.left me with no internet for ten days,then charge you for it. BEWARE of this company.

    Speeds are ridiculously slow ...we have router connected to the sky box only...sons xbox connected wirelessly and one ipad connected.. it is still slow and kicks everyone off many times daily...also what company cuts you off at 8pm on a saturday night for you to pay your bill and them not reconnect you till a monday...poor communication..dont even try the online chat service either they repeat themselves and dont resolve issues...overall just having a **** time with this company do not give them your money!!

    Speeds will never get anywhere near the 10mb min promises, I’m lucky if I see 5. However the biggest issue is stability. Ping is atrocious, if you want to online game look elsewhere as this bb is unusable. Constant stutter and buffering during online gaming.
