Nothing negative. Every thing good. Have been with ZEN since 2005 with no problems until last week. This problem was identified as being a BT problem. Zen could not have been more help and resolved the problem with BT very quickly. Cannot praise Technical Support enough, excellent and friendly service throughout. How many other companies can one say this about these days? Many thanks Zen!
