Promised upto 13Mbps hardly getting 8-9 Mbps. Add to that frequent connection drops specially in the evenings. Was provided with DLink DSL-2640R g-router which although does the work but no extra features. XL package comes with free week-end calls to other virgin numbers which we never use. |

Very poor customer service. Only ever receive recorded messages. No one to communicate faults to. Speed is always far lower than they advertise. Sometime faster to use phone line. They do not make it clear that if you do complain about the bill and consequently give a reduced rate they put you on another 12 month contract. They do not tell you this. Will change to another supplier once contract fiinshes |

I feel I should be provided with more speed (both download & upload) as I am currently getting approx 5mbs however I am paying for 10mbs with the proviso that it will go to 20mbs soon!!! |
