I have just been told by Tesco technical support that 2.3Mb download speed 'should be enough' even though they told me that I should get between 6 and 9Mb when I signed up!! I had 7Mb with Talk Talk only two weeks ago. Tesco are supposedly 'looking into it' but if this doesn't improve I will be signing up elsewhere asap! |

Two weeks into a contract with Tesco for braodband and line rental to be advised by e-mail that the cost I agreed to and that they offered is going up in March seems to say the least a bit disappointing. No wonder when I phoned to complain I was told that may other customers were on the lines complaining too. Just a word of caution; what you think you are signing up for may not be what you think. |

Occasionally the broadband speed drops down to practically nothing and the internet connection is broken but comes back again after a short delay - this is quite frustrating. Normally I am quite satisfied with the Tesco Broadband |
