Been with talktalk for many years and find it okay, since getting boradband in the last 3yrs isn't so good, connections always going down, could be days before i can go onto the internet or get my emails. changed the channels on my box but don't make any difference, slow connection off and on and don't matter what time of day it is. not happy with not getting good speed or constant connection to the internet. |

Woeful customer services, call centre in India employing people with very poor English. 0871 number so you pay 10p a minute to wait & wait & wait..... |

an awful company, you dont know how much they have troubled us, they charge extra and its their own fault. a stupid company, i must say. dont go to this company because you will waste money and time. talk talk think because you pay direct debt you wont see how much you pay and can charge you money which will eventually make you poor. trust me, they are MONEY BEGGING LOSERS. thankyou and take account this review before you buy talktalk services and become POOR. |

Customer service is the worst ever seen, even eclipses NTL woeful service. Speed isn’t great, BB service keeps dropping out. Phone has repeatedly been cut/blocked/restricted over the contract life most of the time for no good reason. Cannot recommend Talktalk/Tiscali as others offer better service for exactly the same money. |

I wish i had never changed from Orange, only went with Talk Talk as i have my phone and line rental with them and have had no issues with this. What a waste of time the Broadband is. I can never stay connected for more than a few minutes. If i try to download anything it seems to take forever and cannot use the broadband as wireless any more due to the amount of disconnects i am having. I am currently connected via the cable with defeats the purpose of having a laptop with WIRELESS broadband. I have contacted tech help numerous times to be told different things each time and still no resolution. I am currently looking for another more reliable supplier due to this. I would not recommend Talk Talk broadband to anyone. |

at the moment service is perfect what more can you ask for. I was wary of changing to talk talk with all the bad reports but I'm glad I did now. |

Lost internet connection ISP end. phoned customer service. 'overseas' helper didn't have a clue, reading off a trouble shooter list. Claimed my router was incompatable (the one thats been working fine for years). Told me to get a Talk Talk branded one before they could offer anymore support. Internet resumes after 1.5 weeks of own accord (engineering works finished or something). Emailed to complain about service (lack of customer/internet service)compensation. Gave me £3 as they only calculated the time since I emailed them to complain, and not since I phoned/or actual time of loss of service. |
