Customer Reviews

I have been with Tiscali/TalkTalk for many years & I can say hand on my heart that I have had 99% great dervice, the 1% is when I first signed up wirh tiscali

colin - S.london

We have been with talk talk for a few months now with excellent service and download speeds. Plusnet speeds topped out at 500 kbits download MAX. Now its a regular 1 - 1.5mbits! They have brand new equipment in our exchange and the only provider here that can give more than 8mbit service (talktalk 14mbit) but they actually deliver real download speeds. Very happy from my household

Dazyguk - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria

I have had TalkTalk broadband for 12 months now and i can say that it is the slowest broadbabd connection i have ever had. I am changing to an internet stick. It is cheaper and more consistant and gives me a downloade speed twice that of TalkTalk even though i only have a 3G connection with the stick.
Verry disapointed.

Talk Talk now offer a unique "build your own" package for their broadband and phone service where you can choose and tailor your package with TalkTalk’s range of boosts. The idea is quite impressive, and unusually for many telecoms packages, quite simple to understand.

One option is to start with a standard Essentials package (which is a good deal in itself) the twist is that you can add upgrades (known as "Boosts") to your package at any time. The best bit is that the boosts can also be dropped at anytime, so this makes for an incredibly flexible package. All deals listed here can be reduced to the standard deal or expanded to include more boosts at any point during your contract.

The other option is to go with the Pro package, which offers unlimited downloads in the inclusive price.

Unsure whether to sign up? TalkTalk offer a 30 day trial period where you can cancel your chosen package. no questions asked, within 30 days.
