What a con. not been on a month used 80% fair use up within a week. 2 days later used up the rest have to wait now till next month now.
7 days cooling off period is not long enough.
In a 24 month contract they didn't tell me this ( i no should of asked).
Now having to run another provider along side this one costing twice as much,
What other people have said on here i totally agree, stay clear.

I've the t-mobile a while, it was great when at first but over the past months its got slower and alway dropping the connection. Now looking the change to another provider.

Worked great for a while but lately it's been awfull - slow as a snail and often just doesn't work at all even if it says it's connected. The content lock was a nightmare to get rid of even though I followed the instructions to do it. I gave up in the end and went to no lock solutions (.com) and ponied up the 5 quid - I kind of resent needing to do this though. I mean if t-mobile had their act together it shouldn't have been needed in my case. (did work though !). I would try one of the others (o2, virgin etc), but to be honest from the reviews I've read I don't think any of them are any better so I don't know what to do. If it would just work like it did before I would be happy - maybe a new dongle might fix the issues ?

tmobile are absolute rubbish i have had loads of problems with them and every time i ring them they say ive got a good connection when i obviously havent, i checked myself with mobile coverage checker and it shows its rubbish , they lie...cant wait til my contract is over

Apart from Skype not working (read the T&Cs)...t-mobile is by far the best mobile broadband provider. I have tried all of them and T-mobile is the fastest, most reliable and easiest to top up. The speeds aren't huge, but for mobile braodband are more than sufficient

sold me a dongle with unlimited use apparently yet after a week of using it i get a text from t mobile saying i have used over 80% of my fair usage...? How can that happen in a week when my friend is with orange she gets 3GB per month and never has this problem. T mobile are a load of rubbish its all lies and this has happened to quite a few people i know
