very reliable.. can only get max speed of 5 mb on my line........bb average speed is 3.5mb. i download quite a bit & never had a problem

After some discussions with different Sky help centre staff over a few days my speed has been increased from avge 1.7Mb to 3.1Mb.
Line seldom drops.
Speed about best I'm going to get this far from exchange over copper wires.
Now that call centres back in UK I found staff very helpful but as usual some better than others at actually helping out.
