Value and Premium deals have two tier pricing. If your telephone exchange has been unbundled by 4 or more LLU suppliers it is classified by Ofcom as high competition, allowing cheaper prices for wholesale broadband. PlusNet passes these savings on to Value and Premium customers meaning lower introductory prices continue indefinitely. Customers in urban areas are more likely to qualify, use the checker on PlusNet’s site for confirmation.
