Had an absolutly horrible experience with Orange, delays very common, wrong equipment sent, and at least 3 calls a week to the often non-informed staff. In the end we were charged a lot more than we were told in the beginning, and we were not helped and still charged. We did, however, get out of the contract free of charge after only three months.

Top speeds vary significantly, particularly according to how far away you live from the exchange and if BT WBC ADSL2+ broadband equipment is installed in your exchange. If your line won’t support Orange’s fastest broadband speed they’ll give you the best available. The speed you actually get can also vary depending on the quality of your line, the wiring in your house, the time of day and even the weather.
Cheapest prices are only available in regions classified as having a higher level of competition by Ofcom (Market 2 or higher), households outside these areas may still be able to get Orange Broadband but for an additional charge of £10 per month.
