Fantastic service, had a issue during set up rang through to technical help, helpful advisor sorted in 2 minutes. fantastic value and price and when i got a phone i got a price reduction. great for online gameing and for family use best provider i have had against BT and Sky. Even though some people advised me not to do it and join Orange best move i have made and i have had £50 for recomending a friend to great.....

Recently signed up with orange, despite being advised not to..have been with orange for serveral months now and have been more than satisfied with the service. I used to be with BT and had nothing but problems, quite frankly they are overpriced for what they offer..my advice - move to orange!

As an orange mobile customer I enjoyed a reduced price HomeBB package of £23/month .... one day they (their error) terminated my HomeBB connection ...they apologised but stated that they could not re-connect me to my old/existing package as it no longer existed ..but offered a new deal of £36/month ...be very very careful with this company ...~If you hate those customer service calls and lies that feel like they are shortening your like (stress) look elsewhere!!

Top speeds vary significantly, particularly according to how far away you live from the exchange and if BT WBC ADSL2+ broadband equipment is installed in your exchange. If your line won’t support Orange’s fastest broadband speed they’ll give you the best available. The speed you actually get can also vary depending on the quality of your line, the wiring in your house, the time of day and even the weather.
Cheapest prices are only available in regions classified as having a higher level of competition by Ofcom (Market 2 or higher), households outside these areas may still be able to get Orange Broadband but for an additional charge of £10 per month.
