Dealing with Customer Service is a nightmare. Based abroad they have accents which are hard to understand and work from a script. If it isn't on their script then seek help elsewhere because they haven't got a clue.

The speed you actually get can also vary depending on the quality of your line, the wiring in your house, the time of day and even the weather.
Cheapest prices and highest speeds are only available in regions enabled for Orange LLU, households outside these areas may still be able to get Orange Broadband up to 8Mb but for an additional charge of £10 per month.
