Only a new customer but so far so good, deals pretty cheap cos my wife and I are on Orange - seems to be faster than BT

I was getting irregular broadband speeds so phoned up orange help line to ask what i could do to check my line and the lady there did a few checks and i found out i was capped at 2Meg! she asked me if i had my mobile phone with them to which i said yes and she then changed my contract to 20 Meg and took off the cap so , no limit.
Very impressed, just waiting now to get the speed she promised.

There is a eralier review on this site which is false, I did not write orange is good never, they are absolutely low life rubbish & since joining the bt network thing instead of LLU my speed dropped from 4.7 to 3 if Im lucky and there call centre staff ignore my questions about speed drop, never ever join orange broadband, I will leave asp.

Top speeds vary significantly, particularly according to how far away you live from the exchange and if BT WBC ADSL2+ broadband equipment is installed in your exchange. If your line won’t support Orange’s fastest broadband speed they’ll give you the best available. The speed you actually get can also vary depending on the quality of your line, the wiring in your house, the time of day and even the weather.
Cheapest prices are only available in regions classified as having a higher level of competition by Ofcom (Market 2 or higher), households outside these areas may still be able to get Orange Broadband but for an additional charge of £10 per month.
