orange mobile is rubbish, slow and unreliable network, and a computer that continually crashes, freezes, and loses signal. when i was sold the computer i was told the speed would be 7.2 mbps and it is actually 0.12 kbps how about that for a blatant lie!!!!! unfortunately i am stuck on a 24 month contract and despite returning a broken computer twice i still cant get out of it terrible from orange |

Had 3 for a year which started off great but then got worse and worse - technical help non existent. Looked at coverage and Orange seemed the best and performed reasonably well for first month or two but now I'm lucky to get dial up speeds - virtually unusable. Had now for 6 months and despite being connected Mon-Fri 9-5 have only downloaded 1.1 Gb - says it all - don't go with mobile broadband is my opinion. |

this is the best deal and service i have ever used, i was originally on virgin (my son unfortunately still is) and they are rubbish, when his contract ends (soon) I will be contacting orange for my son. on a plus side once i couldnt pay my bill they bent over backwards i was able to pay half the bill and then a week later the other half, very friendly and kind staff highley recommended. if Carling did mobile broadband then they would be orange !! |

this has been nothing but a dissapointment since day one. i thought i was getting a good deal but there are many hidden costs, the connection is ureliable and the speed is unbelievably slow. i feel that orange has completely screwed me over and i am cancelling my contract with them. |
