I had such bad problems with my last ISP that I made a short video
to give people some ideas what to look for to avoid the bad ones.

I moved to ADSL24 in the end.
One month contract, reasonable download limits compared with price
and UK technical support.



In the meantime anyone else who has had problems with Toucan,
please see www.toucansucks.org.uk

Also some information about complaining, speed issues and choosing a better ISP
