After waiting for 7 weeks for them to move my broadband and getting false promises and excuses i cancelled all and went throught sky.
Now still waiting 4 weeks for my refund from tiscali for the money taken whilst i had no broadband. |

been with tiscali for about 4 months now during morning daytime I have no problems during the hours of 4pm and midnight get sluggish connections and constant disconnects. if playing online games like lotro / eve / battlefield 2142 then characters get constantly locked up and am unable to log back in until after midnight so if your an online gamer then avoid tiscali like a dose of the black death. here are serveral links that show you the scale of the problems and Tiscali know about the problems but have refused as yet to FIX it.
