btfon invading my wireless connection

BT FON home page is like a virus downloading onto my home page where it stays until i reset the hub. it has been happening for several months on & off then about a month ago it was doing it every day. i have never visited bt fon let alone downloading it onto my pc. i have seached for it when its not on my page but found nothing. i have a laptop downstairs this happened on that only once when it first stated to happen on the the pc upstairs. i have been in touch with bt helpline who dont know what is causing it they sent me a new hub and i thought that had worked as it didnt happen for two weeks but now its started again worse than ever 3 or 4 times a day. i get a status code 12152 when trying to load a page then bt fon loads.it wont even let me register to join to see if i can get rid of it that way. the bt help line said it was because btfon was at the top of my connection list but when she told me to look for it it wasnt even there but now it is but at the bottom (my own being at the top) i have tried to delete it from the list but no luck.its driving me crazy has anybody else experienced this.
