Hi Members
can anyone sort out my problem have BT broadband with hub if online and the phone rings i get cut off and a message on the screen says no internet conection this is like a dial up internet the only way to get it reconected is that i ring my handline number from my mobile then for some reason the power comes back on everything is then normal ive had this problem for over 8months told BT thousand of times about this all i get is the same old story we have tested your line there's no problem found why dont they replace and try a new modem this might be at fault but they rather me speak to their call centre they are a waste of a time so at this moment looking for another server any there any british call centre out there hope to hear from someone about this manythanks WelshMan1 |
