Can't praise Talktalk enough, faulty landline on the Monday, did all the self-help tests, finally had to phone fault line via mobile. EVERYTHING they said they would do - they DID!!! Had text messages from Engineer to update on the progress of trying to find the fault. Finally problem solved and text message and ansaphone message to confirm and making sure everything was ok. Well done Talktalk
