See talk talk is a odd one .. they are new to isp's but still i was with them for 13 months and the speed 2mb/s .. the speed was very reliable not once did i ring up for speed issues .. but they had a big problem with how much i was downloading so they BANNED me from useing P2P (bittorrent) and when i mean BANNED i mean it full stop.. Hope i have helped..!

They are the bane of my life. Because of their information about what to put in Outlook Express my emails went to another person with my name and a talktalk email address. The voice mail is giving me gruff and unhelpful instructions. It's nearly three months since I asked them to put it right. This week they knocked me for six because I have been waiting for months for a text phone, being severely hard of hearing, and the lady who came to demonstrate it told me it won't work with Talk Talk. To cap all this, the person who sold me the package over the phone lied to me about the contract. He said I could cancel any time and it's an 18 month sentence.

Avoid them like the plague!

I am having real bad problems with talk talk within the last few days well weeks really and any time i ring the helpline they put me on hold and play ' that really anoying song'.

Why dont people look into it moreand deal with them and their bad services.

I notice that most of the comments on here are from last year. I have been with talktalk for about 6 months now. I was told when i joined that my expected speed was 7Meg. the distance to the exchange is about 3.5k. After using the DMT Tool i am now scnying at 10288kbps, speed test`s are in the region of 8Mbs. Considering my Line Attenuation is 46db i think i have a good connection. foregot to add never use customer services just the forum which is top class.
