Default 2ndline email tech support

Ever since i hade talktalk broadband i have been having small issues.
I often cant be bothered to call their offshore center for **** phone advice so i often emailed them.
I must admit the stupid responce i was getting from their email teams i was thinking about leaving, BUT i heard from a friend who works in one of the stores that some of the 2ndline advisors from somewere near manchester were going onto a 2ndline only email team from 19/05.
so i emailed them today with a dropping connection issue at 1715 guess what?
1730 i got a call from 2ndline, they got my email and went through my routerwith me and changes some g,dmt ting and what they call a profile and my connection now works a treat.
its about time talktalk done this, i know how i will be getting my support from now on haha no more rubbish offshore call centers for me.
i would advise everyone to email them fro their site and get some real help
