T Mobile dongle problem

Hello everybody i dont know if any1 can help with this problem of mine but ive tried my best to resolve it with no luck at all and T mobile themselves for tech help are pretty non exsistent so here goes:-I have just bought a T mobile pag usb mobile broadband stick usb 120 the problem i have is i install the dongle and internet manager with no problem it says all is there the manager screen comes up and everything is installed as have checked drivers are there but when i click the connect button nothing happens this is on my windows 7 boot the one i actually want the net to work as this didnt work and i have dual boot i booted into vista and it works fine amazingly so i tried using compatability mode with it on win 7 but still no joy no error message no nothing uninstalled reinstalled still nothing i have another computer which is running win 7 as well tried it on that and it works fine so its not the os not supporting it i really dont understand why it wont connect on my other comp can any1 help me please i have tried everything i can think of and dont want to swap to vista i need the net on my win 7 boot where all my other files are thanks for reading
