I am moving broadband from Sky as I am singularly unimpressed with their low connection speeds, frequent drop outs, attempts to lock you into using only their router and laughable customer service (23 minutes last night to speak to someone whose only technical ability was to ask for the colour of the light on the router).
I am currently trying to decide between BE Pro who offer what looks to be a decent business solution at £21.50 and PlusNet Pro who offer a home package for £19.99 both have advantages and disadvantages but does anyone have any experience with either provider? Philip Eldridge |

Be there have a pretty good service too I have been with them two or three years and have had very few issues they have even refunded money when they had a network issue and failed to provide service for a couple of hours
think its a game of try it and see... Good Luck |

Be is ok yeah, I have had issues with them before.
One thing that really annoys me is there cheap ****py website and the flipping trouble to get logged in or get the customer service number off it. There box is ok, bit hotter than my previous linksy ones but still. Seems ok, thinking of changing though as recently its been very slow but think its cause of my area. |

I have beeb with BE for two years now on their value package, I cant rate them highly enough, very good solid speeds, rarley drops out and good customer service with the added benifit of a live IRC chat system for simple questions.
That said , the reason I'm here at all, is because I could do with moving ISP's, only due to cost and no other reason. I will start a new thread if I can about the proposed new one!!. I dont think you will go far wrong using BE as an ISP. |
