I'm looking for a broadband service with Call centers based in the UK, or at least somewhere that has English as a first language.
I'm tired of dealing with people whose dialect is so thick I barely understand it and seem to understand me very little, either. I don't mean to sound offensive or anything but it just seems damned ridiculous to me that, of all the services a company might want to outsource to another country, they would choose one that most depends on clear communications with their customers. |

It's quite a common request we get and it's a feature that those
companies that have exclusively UK call centres commonly advertise. A couple of providers with only UK call centres are: Plusnet ======= Full details: http://www.broadband.co.uk/provider.jsp?i=59 Brief: Universally available supplier, call centre based in Sheffield, they have just increased their download allowances at no exta cost. O2 == Full details: http://www.broadband.co.uk/provider.jsp?i=63 Brief: Free UK based customer phone service. Unlimited downloads, offer faster than average speeds, but not universally available. |
