Looking up your postcode personally I'd look at Plusnet or Madasafish. None of the LLU providers other than TalkTalk are available in your area, and I'm not a big fan of TalkTalk.

Been with Tiscali for 2 years in Tyrone.

Everything was acceptable as I am not high usage, although on the evenings I was trying to DL big files the traffic shaping was killing my speeds.

My newest and biggest gripe is their throttling of P2P stuff, I'm not into torrents, but like watching games via sopcast. It appears that they have killed all traffic in this direction as I can for the last 3 weeks get nothing at all.

I'd avoid if this is your interest, but otherwise, not bad.
