Default Orange Light Flashes

So ive tried resetting my broadand. Tried turning it on and off. And the broadband light just happens to stay orange when the rest are blue. I am unsure what I am doing wrong as im not very good with these sort of problems. any help would be appreciated.

thanks,
Will.

You should try leaving the router off for 30 seconds to a minute before turning it back on again. If this makes no difference then it's time to contact your ISP's technical support team. As you're able to access the web, also try checking your ISP's status page to make sure there's not a known service problem in your area.

Hope this helps.

An Alternative method is to switch the ethernet cable connecting the Modem to the router... If that doesn't help, follow the advice above and call the techies
