Angry MyPostOffice Broadband

Shortly after joining, My Email in My Account disappeared from the drop down menu in the PO website. I should be grateful to hear from anyone having the same problem. I have emailed the PO umpteen times but I still can't access my PO mailbox. TIA

Mine too, in fact my entire broadband disappears on a regular basis and the post office refuse to help in any way. I cannot access my account, change my favourite phone numbers or anything else that is supposed to be available. If you call them they simply waste your time and your money by telling you it could be your equipment failing and you have to pay for all sorts of things even if it doesnt help. This is the worst broadband I've ever had.

Thanks for replying to my post. I still can't access their web-mail but I have added my two PO email addresses to my mail handler (Thunderbird) and they work! I don't use them though but it is nevertheless annoying that they can't deliver and, as you say, their service is atrocious. Next time you ring them use their free number: 0800 092 0514, at least it won't cost you but they will mess you around. They always end up saying "we'll come back to you" but they never do. The other way to get some kind of response is to write them a letter (not emails) to their address in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne FAO their Director of Telephony, you might then get lucky. At the moment, I am in the process of sorting out their last invoice which is sky high and unjustified. Can't wait to go elsewhere as soon as I am out of contract unless, of course, their service improves. They must be inundated with complaints and they can't cope. Download speeds are not bad (6 meg) and the telephone works OK.

I've just got my emails back from them after 6-7 months of pursuing and then only after I threatened to sue... Am still going to pursue for costs/losses etc though

my post office email is driving me mad. I click on for help to download attachments but they don't work. I click the return arrow and the whole page disappears and I am looking at a totally unconnected page, if I click on that then it all closes.
I thought it was just me being particularly stupid and relieved to know I'm not the only one. I am closing my address book and putting all my contacts on another address. I shall continue with post office server until I can cancel and find a better server. I certainly won't be reccommending this one. EPL
